DIRECTIONS
Adult: For general health & wellbeing:
Take 2 soft capsules daily with food. For cardiovascular & heart health: Take 3 soft capsules daily with food.
For mild osteoarthritis symptoms: Take 2 soft capsules 3 times daily with food. Children 2-12 years:
Take 1 soft capsule per day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as recommended by your health professional.
Contains fish products, soya bean products and sulfites.
Each soft capsule contains:
Natural fish oil 1.5 g
Equiv. to Omega-3 marine triglycerides 450 mg
Equiv. to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 270 mg
